Who I am

After several years in corporate wellness, I decided to step out on faith and create my own health and wellness platform. My journey in fitness began when I was young before, I even knew it was something you could build a career in. I was a frequent swimmer, track and field athlete, and worked out during my leisure time, so I was destined to be in the field. Over time I realized that my passion was in fitness and began helping others around me get just as excited about maintaining their health and fitness.


I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and began personal training and teaching group fitness classes for various fitness facilities. I teach a wide variety of group fitness formats: specializing in Strength, Circuit Training, AMRAP and Spin. I have trained and worked with a diverse array of clientele - and I tailor each program to their specific needs, limitations, and goals. My training programs focus on endurance training, functional training, exercise technique, flexibility, and recovery. I have assisted my clients in making great improvements/gains in lean muscle, body fat loss, heart-health risk factor improvements, as well as improvements in sport-specific performance.


My training motto is, "Get Out of Your Comfort Zone!" My passion is to help my clients to push themselves past the point they think they can go to: Just One More Rep!

"I weighted in upwards of 500lbs last year at the beginning of the year. She worked with me starting in May of 2021 once I decided to have weight loss surgery and I weighed in at 460 on date of surgery. Sherrell continued to work with me. She worked one on one with me and my doctors to steadily progress my workout program along with my diet. I have not reached my one year surgery anniversary yet and I am down 200lbs. She calls 3-4 times a day to discuss my eating habits and to make sure I keep my nutrition up for working outs. When I would feel down when I plateau she is very knowledgeable and encouraging to what is happening with your body. She has informed me she does feel comfortable with me losing no more than 20 more pounds before we change my workout regimen to increase muscle mass and to expect an increase on the scale because muscle weighs more than fat with a decrease in BMI. She really has been god sent because she is patient and holds you accountable with the understanding that you are human.”
