At Purple P.H.A.S.E Fitness our goal is to empower every person we meet. It is our belief that anything is possible with hard work and determination. It is up to us to keep you inspired, informed, and encouraged, throughout all the phases of your life.

Purpose:

Fitness is designed to help prolong the quality of life.


Habit:

Making daily choices and actions that assist in achieving your overall health and wellness goals.


Accomplishment:

Creating SMART goals throughout your fitness journey that helps you carry out or complete your achievements. (SMART Goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Based)


Strength:

 Individual confidence, positive attitude, and the belief that you have the ability to put your all into your program.


Enjoyment:

Finding a workout that is fun and enjoyable and keeps you coming back.

    Yes, I train at any location whether that be at home, park, or gym.



  • How do you pay?

    Zelle, PayPal, and ACH Account


  • Why don't you offer meal plans?

    Registered Dietitians are the only people truly qualified to offer meal plans. I am not a Registered Dietitian. I stay within my scope of practice.
